Weapons, illegal substances, flammable materials and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
Own drinks, food, bottles, cans, alcohol and glassware are prohibited on site and may not be brought onto the festival grounds/venue.
Large bags and backpacks may be inspected by security.
Code of Conduct
Respect other attendees, staff, and performers.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Follow instructions from event staff and security at all times.
It is prohibited to carry out commercial activities on and around the location without prior permission.
Photography and Recording
Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise specified.
Professional equipment (e.g., DSLRs, tripods, drones) is not permitted without prior approval.
Filming or recording of performances may be restricted.
By visiting Winterbeats you agree to the fact that photos and video recordings will be made.
Safety and Emergencies
Keep exits and walkways clear at all times.
In case of emergency, follow announcements and the instructions of staff.
First aid is available on-site; please notify staff if assistance is needed.
The Organization is not liable for any hearing damage.
Substance Use
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 16 years, sale of spirits and mixed drinks is prohibited (whether pre-mixed drinks or cocktails) to anyone under 18 years of age.
Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed from the event.
Liability
The Organization is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Attend the event at your own risk; the Organization is not liable for injuries caused by negligence.
The Organization is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from inaccuracies, problems caused by, or inherent to the distribution of information via the internet, as well as technical failures.
Environmental Responsibility
Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins provided.
Be mindful of the venue’s property and surroundings.
Changes and Updates
The event organizer reserves the right to modify these house rules.
By attending the event, you agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
